What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone number, so we can coach you over text.
• The messages you send Coach27 — your tasks, goals, and check-ins.
• Basic usage data (like delivery and reply times) to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To run your daily coaching — prioritization, accountability, and follow-through.
• To improve the coaching experience over time.
• To reach you about your account when it matters. We don't sell your data.

Anonymized reporting

If Coach27 is provided through your employer, any reporting shared back with the organization is aggregated and anonymized. Your individual messages and progress are not shared with your employer.

Website analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure website visits, completed call bookings, enquiries, and confirmed subscriptions. Meta receives event and browser information to help measure advertising and build audiences. We don't include your coaching messages or contact-form text in these events. You can manage ad preferences through Meta and use your browser's tracking controls.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
• You can cancel and stop messages whenever you want.
